ABOUT THE FILM

Here comes the sun. Or does it? The future belongs to scientists from 37 different countries, who are working in France to try and solve the perplexing puzzle that is nuclear fusion. And then there are the independent garage inventors working toward the same goal. Creating an artificial star on earth that can provide a clean, cheap and endless source of energy will be the greatest accomplishment of humankind to date and possibly the best answer to fossil fuel driven climate change. Can it be done? Two Canadian filmmakers share the inspiring story of this colossal experiment.
