Inocente, a beautiful film filled with bright colours and a sense of possibility, follows the journey of a homeless fifteen year old San Diego girl with a passion for painting. An undocumented immigrant with a troubled past and a difficult present, Inocente’s considerable artistic talent brings her an amazing opportunity to create her own art show. With a compelling immediacy, Inocente shares with her determination, her creativity, and her many hopes and challenges. The winner of numerous awards including the 2013 Academy Award for Best Documentary Short, it was directed and produced by talented filmmakers Sean Fine and Andrea Nix Fine. With Cavedigger.
