Shot entirely in BC, Peace Out examines the price we are paying for our seemingly unbridled hunger for energy. The Peace River region has some of the most beautiful land in BC but it is at risk of being destroyed to meet our ever growing energy needs. Interviews with energy executives, Tar Sands spokesmen and nuclear energy proponents tell one side of the story, while academics, environmentalists and activists offer another view allowing viewers to decide for themselves what to believe in this inquisitive and thought provoking film.
